These photos are to help tell the Oakland Zoo tigers apart. Normally we don't tell people the names of zoo animals, but there are signs posted at the zoo for a few of them. Tigers and Elephants specifically. So I am not hesitant to help people with this.
I call the markings above their eyes "eyebrows". Of course they aren't eyebrows, but "markings above their eyes" just seems so cumbersome. 😊
